The High Noon banana is a variety similar to the Honduran variety FHIA-23 and is a superior flavoured dessert banana plant. The fruiting bunch hangs out at an angle to the pseudostem. Hardy and robust growing to 3 - 3.5 m in height. Plant in a sheltered and warm spot in rich free draining soil. Water, mulch and feed well.
