Mona Lisa is a dessert Honduran hybrid banana growing 3 - 3.5 m in height. It is a vigorous and strong grower with partially red psuedostems. Performs well in warmer NZ conditions. Tangy sweet fruit. Plant in a sheltered and warm spot in rich free draining soil. Water, mulch and feed well.
